This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ProposalForge("we," "us," or "our") at forgeproposals.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of ProposalForge, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, team members, organization administrators, and any individual or entity that accesses or interacts with the Service in any capacity.
This AUP supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern unless this AUP explicitly states otherwise.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice for severe violations. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of our users.
ProposalForge is designed for contractors, tradespeople, and service professionals to streamline their business operations. The platform is intended to be used for the following legitimate business purposes:
All use of the Service must be for legitimate business purposes in connection with contracting, trades, or professional services. Any use of the platform outside these intended purposes may constitute a violation of this AUP.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using ProposalForge. This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy.
All content created, uploaded, or transmitted through ProposalForge must meet the following standards:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service. ProposalForge does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to review and remove content that violates this policy.
ProposalForge connects with third-party services including Stripe Connect, QuickBooks, and Xero to provide seamless business operations. When using these integrations, you agree to the following:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any integration credentials associated with your account. Notify us immediately at legal@forgeproposals.com if you believe any integration credentials have been compromised.
To ensure fair and equitable access for all users, ProposalForge enforces rate limits and usage quotas across the platform. You agree to the following:
We employ a graduated enforcement approach to address violations of this AUP. The following actions may be taken, in order of severity:
We reserve the right to skip any enforcement steps and proceed directly to suspension or termination for severe violations, including but not limited to fraud, illegal activity, or actions that pose an immediate threat to other users or the integrity of the platform.
All enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance notice or an opportunity to cure before taking enforcement action, although we will endeavor to do so when circumstances permit.
If you believe a user is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report the violation promptly. Reports help us maintain a safe and trustworthy platform for all users.

We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action as described in Section 7. The identity of the reporter will be kept confidential where possible and to the extent permitted by law.
