1. Introduction

ProposalForge respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of copyright infringement, send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the required information listed in Section 3. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Required Information

Your notice must include the following:

• ▸Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• ▸Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it
• ▸Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• ▸A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• ▸A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• ▸Your physical or electronic signature

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

• ▸Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• ▸A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• ▸Your name, address, and telephone number
• ▸A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Florida and that you will accept service of process from the complainant
• ▸Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter-notification to the party who filed the original takedown notice. If they do not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Accounts with multiple valid DMCA complaints will be permanently terminated.

7. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
