How to report copyright infringement on the ProposalForge platform and the procedures we follow in response.
ProposalForge respects intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.
To file a notice of copyright infringement, send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the required information listed in Section 3. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
We will forward your counter-notification to the party who filed the original takedown notice. If they do not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material.
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Accounts with multiple valid DMCA complaints will be permanently terminated.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
